It would be ideal if we could build muscles as quickly as possible by performing any kind of bodybuilding routines that we like. In reality however, this is simply not possible. Obviously you don't want a pair of chicken legs to go along with that muscular body of yours. You also want a set of tree-trunk legs to complete the look. Thus squats are just what the doctor ordered.

Great post its worth doing these exercises to get into shape. Although initially it would be difficult and tiresome but once the body takes things in its stride things will become much easier.
